• Meeting and exceeding set targets and objectives

The role is a fast-paced, high volume telesales position; you will need to have excellent communication skills and enjoy speaking to key contacts within businesses over the telephone, building long lasting relationships with them. We are looking for candidates who have the drive and desire to deliver results, selling in a consultative manner.

Working for a well established broker, you will be looking for the next step in your career within specialist finance, specifically working within Bridging finance. This is a full-time permanent role.  You will be talking to financial intermediaries and their clients over the phone to explore a broad range of bridging products suited to their individual needs and circumstances. You will also be responsible for:

• Building long lasting relationships with financial intermediaries and their clients
• Handling complex enquiries on a day to day basis

• Obtaining lender’s Decision in Principle and issuing terms
• Ensuring your compliance with company standards and the FCA

We are looking for candidates who have Bridging or complex Buy-to-Let experience, having worked recently at a broker, IFA, intermediary or lender. You will need to be highly professional, self-motivated and enjoy working in a dynamic environment as part of a team with a real desire to succeed.
