You will based in the company offices, working 9am-5.30pm Monday-Friday.

Duties include:

  • Supporting third parties with queries and financial information
  • Administration to support other teams, checking documentation and ensuring all administrative aspects are up to date
  • Obtaining additional information to ensure files are complete
  • Reviewing financial information 
  • Speaking with customers over the telephone to verify security information

We are looking for candidates who enjoy a combination of administration tasks and who have excellent customer service skills. You will be proactive, professional and motivated, as well as having the drive to succeed. You will also need a keen eye for detail, strong numerical skills and the ability to prioritise your workload.

    We are looking for an individual who will be able to understand incoming data from various sources, make sense of the trends and communicate this to senior stakeholders. This is a client-facing position and therefore you will enjoy providing suggestions for improvements for the business. The role is based around pricing and competitor analysis, with scope to develop in the role long term.

    As a Data Analyst you will:

    • Manage the delivery of large data sets from multiple feeds
    • Ensure the ongoing successful data delivery to the client
    • Monitor quality of data and validate accordingly
    • Monitor changes in pricing across the sector
    • Data query resolution and suggesting improvements
    • Analyse data sets and present findings to key stakeholders

    You will have:

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with key stakeholders
    • Project management skills
    • Data analysis skills, with the ability to identify key data trends
    • Experience working with large datasets
    • Competent in working with MS Office, in particular MS Excel including v-look ups, pivot tables, formulae and graphs
    • Highly motivated and enthusiastic
