Warehouse Manager

£30,000 - £35,000

Full referencing needed

Are you a hard-working Warehouse Manager who has 2 years + previous relevant experience? Are you looking to join a well-established team, with excellent career growth long term? You will be managing a team of warehouse staff , as well as liaising with external business customers and producing reports using various systems.

Working hours are 8.30-5pm Monday to Friday. (Shift Work may be required during peak trading periods)


Day to day duties will be to:

  • Stock management, control, and replenishment using WMS system
  • Goods in, picking, packing, and despatching of orders
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers, and transport companies
  • Training and supervision of current and new employees
  • Motivate, organise, and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded
  • Maintaining security and health and safety standards, including on equipment and machinery
  • Work towards job targets and standards
  • Reporting to a Company Director

We are looking for someone who is hard-working, enjoys an active role and who has excellent communication skills as well as strong IT skills. You will take pride in your work and be committed and reliable.

Please note this role will involve light lifting.

  • Compliance Officer - Remote Working Part-Time

    Working within this well-established team, you will be supporting the Manager with all aspects of regulatory compliance. This will be a fully remote role, working on a part-time (circa 30 hours per week) basis. The position is an involved and busy generalist role, assisting with implementing the Compliance Monitoring programme. Duties will include:

    • Design and perform regular monitoring and auditing
    • Design and complete audit reports and make recommendations
    • Review and draft company policies against relevant regulation
    • Report on compliance and quality matters, highlighting possible risks, making appropriate recommendations and implementing them
    • Provide, advice, training and support to the senior management team and staff regarding all compliance matters
