Customer Service Call Handler

£19,000 - £23,500

Working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, you will be speaking with customers, investigating payment queries and finding a solution with the customer, including arranging payment schedules. You will be completing forms over the telephone and analysing financial information.

Working as a Customer Service Call Handler you will be responsible for:

  • Managing your own portfolio of cases

  • Completing forms over the telephone with the customer
  • Dealing with queries from clients and third parties

The role of the Customer Service Call Handler requires previous call handling or call centre experience. You will possess excellent communication skills and enjoy providing the best solution for customers.
