Customer Sales Executive - no cold calling

£20,000 - £22,000

We are looking for an experienced customer services and sales professional who has a passion for delivering first-class communication to new customers. Working for a fast-growing company in central Watford, you will be based in a busy and varied customer service and sales office, converting inbound customer queries into sales and making outbound calls to customers who require more information, as well as co-ordinating appointments with third parties.

Duties include:

  •        Handling incoming customer enquiries via the website, email and telephone
  •        Explaining the services offered, providing quotes and information, converting each call into a sale
  •        Making outbound calls to customers who have enquired and have request more information
  •        Liaising with a variety of third parties to book appointments and contacting the customer to organise

If you are looking for a role which will use your sales ability, with a strong customer service element, working in a friendly and supportive team environment, this may be the role for you. 

This is a full-time office-based role, working Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm 3 out of 4 weeks per month and 9.30am-6pm 1 out of 4 weeks per month on a rota. There is no weekend work required. You will be working to targets and receive bonuses in return for meeting your targets, with excellent scope to progress your career as the company continues to grow.   • Compliance Officer - Remote Working Part-Time

    Working within this well-established team, you will be supporting the Manager with all aspects of regulatory compliance. This will be a fully remote role, working on a part-time (circa 30 hours per week) basis. The position is an involved and busy generalist role, assisting with implementing the Compliance Monitoring programme. Duties will include:

    • Design and perform regular monitoring and auditing
    • Design and complete audit reports and make recommendations
    • Review and draft company policies against relevant regulation
    • Report on compliance and quality matters, highlighting possible risks, making appropriate recommendations and implementing them
    • Provide, advice, training and support to the senior management team and staff regarding all compliance matters
    • Investigate complaints independently, promptly, fairly and in accordance with company policy and within regulatory guidelines
    • Log and investigate internally generated suspicious activity reports to determine the need to escalate externally
    • Complete third party due diligence checks
    • Log, review and respond to customer data requests
    • Perform regulatory risk assessments to understand risk level, significance, scope and make recommendations for mitigation
    • Perform gap analyses on proposed changes to regulation to identify gaps in policy or process
