Are you an ambitious sales professional, looking to progress you career and earn uncapped monthly bonuses with an average OTE of £35K? You will be making outbound calls to warm leads and existing accounts to grow the business further, all B2B. You will be:

  • Providing high-quality service to our partners but contacting them weekly
  • Quickly establishing rapport and building relationships
  • Educating and inspiring our partners to use our service, gaining greater take up of services
  • Generating opportunities for our sales teams
  • Meeting and exceeding set targets and objectives

The role is fast paced, you will need to have excellent communication skills, enjoy speaking to key contacts within businesses over the phone and building relationships with them. We are looking for candidates who have the drive and desire to deliver the highest level of customer service and selling in a consultative manner. 

Due to the nature of the business, the successful candidate will undergo a full credit check, DBS check and referencing.

    This job invites the successful candidate to experience not only an opportunity to facilitate and progress mortgage applications but to also enjoy generous benefits. Joining an existing team allows you to learn from experienced mortgage experts as you progress in your role.

    Tasks:

    You’ll be tasked with ensuring that customer mortgage applications are underwritten efficiently in line with company quality standards.

    Day to Day: Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm

    • Understand and evaluate the risks associated with every application 
    • Obtain all necessary documentation to make accurate and appropriate lending decisions
    • Manually underwrite applications efficiently and effectively
    • Liaise in a professional manner with third parties regarding applications
    • Manage own caseload and underwrite cases in accordance with company policy
    • Keep up to date with and apply current regulatory, legal and compliance practices
    • Continually look at ways to improve underwriting processes and procedures within the company.

    Previous Experience:

    You will have experience in underwriting mortgages, ideally holding a mandate although this is not essential. You will also have a good understanding of FCA regulatory obligations.
