Junior Sales Administrator

Are you keen to build your career in a busy, fast-paced office environment? We are recruiting for a Junior Buyer to work for an expanding international company based in their busy, customer focused office in Watford. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Supporting Managers by taking incoming calls from new or existing business customers and dealing with any enquiries  
  • Submitting quotations to clients using MS Excel
  • Communication with customers, clarifying information, confirming delivery schedules and sending general emails
  • Placing orders with suppliers
  • Obtaining and negotiating pricing with suppliers, including discounts
  • Develop continuing relationships with existing customers

You will have:

  • Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
  • Ability to negotiate on pricing
  • Computer literate, including MS Excel 
  • Excellent organisational skills
