Sales Director

£100K plus bonuses + £7800 car allowance per year + benefits, OTE in excess of £130K

Working in this Board level position for the UK and European headquarters of a SAAS technology company, you will be strategising, motivating and leading a successful team of 7 business development professionals. This is an exciting B2B new business team, where you will work collaboratively with other Board members both in the UK and overseas. The successful candidate will be able to communicate at all levels. You must be hungry to learn and develop your career further, with huge opportunity to achieve growth across Europe.

Duties will include:

  • Working to the global sales strategy, responsible for supporting and directing the team, coaching and attending sales meetings/pitches
  • Devising the UK and European sales strategy, proposing to Board level and implementing it
  • Responsible for connecting sales and marketing, structuring the sales team, reviewing and managing the team
  • Working with the sales team, developing business with the UK and Europe
  • Travelling nationally and in Europe, attending meetings and events to ensure new business growth in order to meet team targets
  • Travel in the UK and across Europe is essential, as well as spending time at two offices close to London on a weekly basis, as the role dictates


  • SAAS technology knowledge/experience
  • Director level experience with a proven track record of strategising and leading a high achieving sales team
  • Strong B2B business development experience
  • Ability to travel nationally and in Europe
  • Forward-thinking, with the ability to work collaboratively at all levels
  • Consultative based sales approach

You’ll be tasked with driving strategic growth, researching potential motor trade partners, nurturing and developing relationships with a view to recruit them into the network.
