Client Account Co-ordinator

£20,000 - £24,000

Working Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm as a Client Account Co-ordinator you will be designing and co-ordinating client projects, managing relationships on a day to day basis and delivering client satisfaction. The company culture is professional, friendly and supportive, with excellent training provided.

Key Duties include:

  • Ownership of customer relationships and communication and account development
  • Co-ordination of projects and delivery
  • Budget and revenue management
  • Proactively ensure clients understand project results and outcomes
  • Co-ordination of internal teams and project planning

You will have excellent communication skills, enjoy building both internal and external relationships, have excellent IT skills including Excel, have an analytical and questioning mind, as well as a progressive nature.

    As a Training Coordinator, you will take ownership of your own projects and its successes, co-ordinating new and existing staff who are based remotely. You’ll also have the opportunity to travel within this role in order to train and supervise the off-site workers.

    This is an exciting role for an ambitious individual who already has experience of working in a customer-facing environment, but who wants to develop their skills further within a co-ordination position. This is predominantly an office-based position but you must be willing to travel UK-wide when required. There is excellent support and training offered.

    Key Skills:

    • Leadership qualities: able to take charge of projects, training and supervision of projects requirements
    • Time management: able to be flexible in managing workload of remote researchers, motivating and communication.
    • Communication: able to communicate both verbally in and writing to key stakeholders, both external and internal, and able to develop and maintain these relationships
    • IT skills: knowledge of MS Excel, Word and other packages

    The successful candidate will have:

    • Previous experience training others in any environment
    • The ability to build and maintain relationships
    • A confident telephone manner
    • Desire to learn and develop; motivated and enthusiastic
    • A flexible work ethic, willing to travel within UK when required
