Working for this leading company, you will be responsible for building relationships with internal teams and managing a number of key projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys co-ordination and delivering a high level of customer service at all times. This position offers potential career development and progression and working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm.

The role: 
- Ownership of projects and liaison with a field-based team
- Building relationships with internal and external clients
- Designing, management and delivery of client projects
- Ensure internal and external teams understand information provided and executive projects accurately and efficiently
- Owning projects and monitoring progress at all times whilst managing expectations
- Communicating clearly between colleagues and clients to ensure all departments are clear and effective

The candidate:
You will have relevant customer service experience with a confident telephone manner. You will be a computer literate and highly organised problem solver with strong communication skills both written and verbal. You will also be a good team player who is numerate with retail experience being advantageous.

    As a Training Coordinator, you will take ownership of your own projects and its successes, co-ordinating new and existing staff who are based remotely. You’ll also have the opportunity to travel within this role in order to train and supervise the off-site workers.
