Customer Service Administrator

£20,000 - £23,000

Do you enjoy providing first class customer service? Are you looking to use these skills working in a friendly and supportive office environment in St Albans? We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join an established team, working as part of a larger group. You will be first point of contact over the phone, ensuring that service is delivered in a timely and professional manner. 

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, working Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5pm Monday-Friday with 1 hour lunch break included. Initially training will be full-time in the office and then move to hybrid working.

Customer Service Administrator duties include:

  • Contacting and liaising with customers to organise projects
  • Dealing with queries from third parties via the telephone and emails
  • Handling general administration for projects, including using Excel and a CRM
  • Providing the highest level of customer service, working to Service Level Agreements

We are looking for candidates who enjoy speaking with customers over the telephone and via email, with some experience working in a busy customer-orientated environment, providing high levels of customer service at all times.
