A new opportunity has arisen for an ambitious candidate to join a nationwide customer experience research team as a Project Coordinator.

Working alongside a team you’ll be able to take ownership of projects; executing them accurately and effectively. You’ll have the opportunity to manage and grow relationships, playing an integral role in fulfilling client expectations and needs.

The ideal candidate will have skills in:
-Communication: liaising with key stakeholders across the business
-IT: knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Flexibility: able to manage situations and problems that may arise
-Organisation: have an eye for detail
-Team working: capable of working with a team to motivate self and others

    As a Training Coordinator, you will take ownership of your own projects and its successes, co-ordinating new and existing staff who are based remotely. You’ll also have the opportunity to travel within this role in order to train and supervise the off-site workers.

    This is an exciting role for an ambitious individual who already has experience of working in a customer-facing environment, but who wants to develop their skills further within a co-ordination position. This is predominantly an office-based position but you must be willing to travel UK-wide when required. There is excellent support and training offered.

    Opportunity for an individual with 12 months B2B marketing experience to take ownership of developing and implementing an effective marketing plan to generate leads and enquiries, ultimately supporting the delivery of the businesses commercial objectives.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive awareness and interest
    • You will be vital in the creation of a new website
    • Take the lead on the development and ownership of the company website
    • Effectively deliver a concise marketing mix throuhgh  digital marketing channels, Paid advertising, Social media and content creation
    • Implement SEO strategies across all channels to optimise our investment
    • Identify, track and report against key metrics, continuously revieiwing our performance
