We are looking for an immediately available individual to key and reconcile invoices for approximately 2 weeks. You will be trained on the company's in-house system, as well as using Sage. This is a temporary position which requires basic accounts payable experience, as well as fast and accurate data entry skills.

Working hours: 8.30am-5pm Monday-Friday

    We are recruiting for an experienced administrator to undertake a temporary assignment which is likely to last for 2-3 months. 

    You will be working within the Human Resources team supporting internal recruitment with all aspects of administration. 

    The successful individual will have attention to detail and have experience supporting the team with administration. 

    You will ideally have some knowledge or experience within recruitment, either working for an agency or in-house.

    Working hours: Term-time only, working 5 mornings per week as a minimum requirement, 8.15am-1.30pm. If you would like additional hours, you can work between 2 and 4 afternoons a week until 3.45pm.

    Requirements: For this role you will need to have NVQ level 3 qualification or above in Childcare and relevant experience working with young children with special needs. This role also requires full referencing and a DBS check.

    Requirements: GCSE English and Maths grade C or above or equivalent and a good standard of numeracy and literacy. You will require some basic experience of working with people with Special Educational Needs within an educational setting. You will be calm under pressure and have emotional resilience in working with challenging behaviours.
