Office-based role working 30-40 hours per week, potential to work from home 1 day per week.

You will be taking control of everything administrative, co-ordinating a smooth customer experience for clients from their initial enquiry, supporting the sales team. You will also ensure all marketing material is up to date and provide an after sales service to customers.

Duties will include:

  • Collating information from clients and presenting documents in a reader-friendly format
  • Pulling all sales information together, producing sales memorandums and writing to all customers
  • Collating figures and data to help measure team performance and project growth
  • Producing and finalising brochures, including photos, videos and descriptions
  • Linking up with the marketing and social media to share information from the sales team

  • Junior Accounts Assistant

    • Time management: Ability to be flexible between tasks and use your own judgement to prioritise responsibilities

    • Negotiation skills: Negotiating payment and credit terms with suppliers

    Previous Experience:

    • Experience in accounts, specifically purchase and sales ledger is essential
