Senior Business Development Manager

£40,000 - £45,000

We have an outstanding opportunity available to join an international technology company as a Senior BDM based in Luton. You will be working full-time from their offices, with excellent long term opportunities in line with the company's ambitious growth plans. They provide a range of sophisticated software solutions, supporting business customers globally.

You will be responsible for a full 360 business development role, including growing new business sales across multiple sectors with a primary geographic focus in the UK and across Europe via self-generated opportunities and existing contacts. 

To be successful in this role you will need:

· Passion for technology solution selling and working in a fast growing and dynamic software services business

· Exceptional business judgement, expectations management, communication and negotiation skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to draft detailed technology solution proposals and understanding of tender process

· Focus on market expansion and revenue generation, commercially astute

· A self-motivated, self-starter and target orientated attitude; minimal supervision required

· A can-do attitude with a strong customer centric focus, excellent relationship building skills in a B2B environment

· Knowledge of Web Apps, Mobile Apps and Data technologies like Microsoft .Net, AWS Redshift, Angular JS

· Confidence, resilience, logical outlook, methodical approach to selling

  • Compliance Officer - Remote Working Part-Time

    Working within this well-established team, you will be supporting the Manager with all aspects of regulatory compliance. This will be a fully remote role, working on a part-time (circa 30 hours per week) basis.
