Customer Service Executive - temporary to permanent

£20,000 - £22,000

Temporary role initially for up to 5 months with the possibility of the role becoming permanent after this time. 

Due to increased workload, this global company are looking for a Customer Services Executive to join their existing team. This is the perfect role for candidates who enjoy liaising with customers over the telephone and via email, who are looking to build their skills further. You will be the first point of contact for customers based in a variety of countries, including the UK. Candidates with an additional European language may have an advantage (specifically French, Dutch or Spanish), although this is not an essential requirement of the role.  

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7.30am-4pm and 8.30am-5pm on a weekly rota basis.

The perfect candidate will enjoy delivering the best customer service possible and be able to provide solutions to all enquiries. You’ll have a positive can do attitude, the ability to communicate at all levels and solve problems efficiently.

Duties will include:
• Providing the highest level of customer service to all customers and clients
• Handling global customer queries via email and telephone
• Liaising between departments, third party suppliers and customers
• Resolving any issues that may arise with enquiries

    This lively business based in Loughton is looking for a Warehouse Operative to review and evaluate warehouse processes in addition to assisting with the overall production and dispatch of customer orders. You’ll be joining the company to question their ways of working, using your experience and knowledge to provide an action plan to ensure the operation runs smoothly.

    This role is starting as a temporary role that may progress into a permanent role.
