Are you an experienced client relationship professional looking to join a company who truly value their staff? Are you keen to find a busy and varied client facing role, managing projects? Key duties will involve:

  • Day to day support of key client relationships
  • Onboarding new business customers, managing projects and ensuring new technologies are set up and rolled out correctly
  • Providing support to clients as well as new ideas to ensure accounts are running smoothly
  • Liaising with the sales team to pass any leads for existing account growth
  • Ensuring retention of key client accounts through excellent customer account management

The ideal candidate will have the following experience: 

  • B2B client relationship management or account management
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • The ability to build long-lasting relationships with key contacts and a proactive approach to work
  • You will also have the ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to learn and absorb information

    This lively business based in Loughton is looking for a Warehouse Operative to review and evaluate warehouse processes in addition to assisting with the overall production and dispatch of customer orders. You’ll be joining the company to question their ways of working, using your experience and knowledge to provide an action plan to ensure the operation runs smoothly.

    This role is starting as a temporary role that may progress into a permanent role.
