£60,000 - £75,000

Are you an experienced Client Manager, with experience of nurturing existing Enterprise clients? Are you looking to bring your expertise to an industry leader, developing strategy for a number of their largest multinational clients? If so, this exciting new role also offers the following benefits:

Creating a strategic approach to your client accounts, understanding their challenges and providing innovative business solutions to them, ensuring that their long-term business objectives and goals are achieved. You will be driving improved customer experience in collaboration with internal teams, as well as increasing discovery activity within international Enterprise business targets.

We are looking for an energetic, professional and commercially-minded individual, who can build deep-rooted relationships in order to achieve ROI for your clients and, in turn, long-term account expansion and retention. This is a new role due to company growth, therefore you will be able to shape and develop the position.

Duties include:

  • Being personally accountable for the relationship, retention, and success of the company’s largest clients
  • Thoroughly understanding your client’s business, external environments and the issues that affect individual clients
  • Understanding the client’s goals and driving them to success in order to show the client value in their investment and help the account reach its potential
  • Working with the Client Success and Business Development teams to understand the operational health, experience, and opportunities within their existing solutions, as well as highlighting new Enterprise clients to target
  • Providing clients with a variety of insights, advising them on best practices and trends, providing expertise and recommendations to drive usage of products and services purchased
  • Providing exceptional technology expertise across a suite of products
  • Working as part of a team to ensure ongoing contract compliance and negotiation of key contract terms and extensions
  • Making key decisions about the management and success of a client's program to improve the partnership
  • Leading meaningful strategy discussions, presenting ideas and solutions in order to drive action

    This lively business based in Loughton is looking for a Warehouse Operative to review and evaluate warehouse processes in addition to assisting with the overall production and dispatch of customer orders. You’ll be joining the company to question their ways of working, using your experience and knowledge to provide an action plan to ensure the operation runs smoothly.

    This role is starting as a temporary role that may progress into a permanent role.

    You’ll join a company boasting a positive team spirit, excellent company culture and a supportive and helpful management team too! This is a three month temporary position with a view to go permanent.
