Inside Sales Executive

£32,000 - £40,000

 Are you a successful B2B sales or business development person looking for the ability to develop your career in an expanding organisation? Are you looking to work for a company who support and reward their employees?

We are recruiting on behalf of a well established organisation who are entering into their next phase of growth. You will be mainly developing new business within UK and Europe, based from offices in Loughton, handling the initial part of the sales process. Duties will include:

  • Following up on leads and qualifying them
  • Booking meetings for Business Development Managers to attend
  • Booking attendees onto events
  • Researching new business and sharing information across the sales team
  • Sending out information to potential new clients
  • Nurturing relationships long term
  • Working on specific projects to generate leads and book meetings
  • Remote demonstrations of the products and services

Benefits include monthly bonuses based on activity as well as various incentives throughout the year.

A European language would be advantageous but not essential.

    We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and target-driven Sales Advisor to join an established financial services company located in Watford. This telephone-based role will involve creating and building relationships with brokers, identifying new business opportunities, educating your accounts on the company’s products and services, in addition to managing your own extensive sales pipeline.

    • Using own initiative and creativity to engage those supported.
    • Complying with policies and procedures as set by the organisation and regulatory bodies including the Care Quality Commission & the local boroughs.
