Customer Services Executive (6 month contract)

£26,000 - £27,000
  • Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm, with 1 week in 4 working an early shift of 7.30am-4pm
  • Hybrid working - 3 days from the office and 2 days from home
  • Full-time training in the office for 2-3 weeks

Working for this well established global organisation, you will be based in their European Customer Services team. The role is heavily email based, so you will need to have experience of answering complex customer queries by email and telephone. The company offer a friendly and supportive environment in which to grow and progress your skills further. Since you will be working with customers across Europe, bilingual or multilingual candidates (German/English) would have an advantage, although this is not essential. 

The perfect candidate will enjoy delivering the best customer service and be able to provide solutions to all enquiries. You’ll have a positive can-do attitude and enjoy seeing a query through from start to finish, liaising between the customer and various teams.

Duties will include:
• Providing the highest standards of customer service to a variety of customers 
• Managing and resolving customer queries in the UK and Europe via email and telephone
• Taking ownership of queries through from beginning to end
• Liaising between departments, third party suppliers and customers
