Day to day activities include:

  • Being a customer liaison expert for a portfolio of specialist lending cases.
  • Helping customers with the ongoing management of their account, including breaches of conditions and expired terms.
  • Being the first point of contact for customers, helping them to solve any queries and offering support.
  • Answering incoming telephone, letter and email queries, providing positive customer service at all times.
  • Proactively contacting customers in financial difficulty to assess their options for repayment of their loan.
  • Managing a portfolio of customers through the arrears and breaches lifecycle.
  • Adhering to internal customer service policies and regulatory requirements, FCA, PRA, Money Laundering, Prevention of Financial Crime and Data Protection.
  • Undertake projects and ad hoc pieces of work.

You will ideally have:

  • A background within the mortgage or loans industry, including some knowledge of bridging loans
  • Experience in servicing, including arrears and collections
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be able to collaborate and support customers
  • The ability to prioritise, take initiative, and work to deadlines

  • Internal Sales Executive
    £25000 - £28000

    This lovely well established finance brokerage are looking to recruit a internal sales executive to act as the "go to"  for external enquiries regarding loans and funding solutions.  

    You must be highly motivated, self starter with good eye for detail, be able to identify business opportunities and have excellent communication skills.  This is a telephone based role, building both new and existing relationships with prospective brokers in order to create new business opportunities for the external development Managers.  whilst working to and exceeding personal targets.  You must additionally be prepared to continually develop your own personal knowledge so that you can demonstrate your understanding of the products that you are presenting to the brokers.
