Duties include:
* Preparing client payroll on Sage/Xero from client information supplied
* Sending payslips and reports, notifying clients of PAYE/NIC due
* Dealing with any PAYE queries raised by clients or HMRC
* Processing year end submissions
* Setting up new payroll schemes
* Setting up holiday, sickness and maternity pay on payroll software
* Dealing with systems upgrades by liaising with technical support
* Advising clients on SMP, SSP, redundancy pay, season ticket loans, attachment to earnings and other payroll matters
* Working knowledge of RTI process
* Working knowledge of pension auto enrolment processes
* Responding to all clients and Partner requests and handling incoming post
