We are looking for an experienced customer service driven Care Supervisor to join a rapidly growing domiciliary care company based in Barking. This is an excellent opportunity for an NVQ level 3 care qualified individual to ensure quality standards are adhered to in order to provide the best level of care to customers.
You will be liaising closely with coordinators, care manager, support supervisors, customers, care workers and external agencies to monitor service to individuals.

- To attend customer reviews in the absence of the Care Manager
- To be a part of the emergency on-call rota
You will have a Social Care NVQ Level 3 minimum and be willing to take part in the emergency on call rota 1 in 3 weeks. You will have excellent communication skills with a calm, collected and logical personality. You will go above and beyond to build excellent relationships with customers and hold supervisor experience within domiciliary care.
