Team Administrator

£18,000 - £20,000

If you’ve got some office experience and are looking to join a company with great progression prospects and development opportunities, then this role is for you! You’ll be tasked with a variety of duties daily, using an internal system within a friendly and growing team.

Hours are Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm and 9am-4.30pm on Friday. 

Duties include: 
• Sending emails chasing appointments and reports
• Processing consent forms and records
• Updating case details
• Maintaining spreadsheets
• Scanning reports and consent forms
• Making phone calls and dealing with email queries

You’ll have some office experience but most importantly a can-do, positive and willing attitude to support the team. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word is essential as is a friendly telephone manner and the capacity to work quickly and accurately.
