Are you keen to find a role working in a fast-paced office environment with excellent opportunities to progress your career? We are recruiting for two Administrators to join a busy team environment due to company growth and internal promotion. If you have recent office or work experience along with excellent computer and communication skills, as well as strong organisational ability, this may be the role for you! You’ll be tasked with a variety of administrative duties, managing a growing pipeline of work to be processed.


Duties include: 
• Sending emails in order to organise appointments and to obtain reports
• Processing invoices
• Updating records using an internal system
• Scanning reports and documents
• Making telephone calls and dealing with email queries

You will ideally have some office experience but most importantly a can-do, positive and willing attitude to learn new skills and support the existing team. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word is essential, as is a friendly telephone manner and the capacity to work quickly and accurately. Working hours re 9am-5pm Monday-Thursday, finishing at 4.30pm on Fridays.

  • Customer Service Advisor

    Your key role is liaising with customers over the phone, following up on their recorded interest in the service. You will be given full training, with continual support by your team and managers.
