Mortgage Case Manager

£30,000 - £30,000

Due to company growth, you will be supporting senior management with a variety of mortgage cases. If you have current mortgage experience and are looking for career progression in a busy, fast-paced and supportive environment, contact us today. 

You will be managing a pipeline of cases by: 

  • Liaising with third parties to obtain the required documents and supporting information to expedite the completion of loan applications
  • Manage expectations and deadlines whilst providing an excellent service that encourages repeat business
  • Provide support to BDMs including answering telephone calls and dealing with correspondence via post and email
  • Dealing with queries and keeping third parties up to date with the progress of their applications
  • Preparing various documentation
  • Liaising with various departments to ensure applications move forwards
  • Send information packs out and follow up
  • Obtaining property information and valuation quotes
  • Carrying out initial property searches online

This is a varied role which will allow you expand your experience and knowledge within the sector. The team are friendly, relaxed but focused on the task at hand to ensure deadlines are met. 

The successful candidate will be required to undertake screening checks prior to starting in the role.

    • Complying with policies and procedures as set by the organisation and regulatory bodies including the Care Quality Commission & the local boroughs.
