Temporary Customer Service Administrator (6-12 months)

£9.00 - £9.00

Working hours: 11am-6.30pm Monday-Thursday, 11am-5.30pm Fridays.

We are recruiting for a 6-12 month temporary Customer Service Administrator to support a team with all aspects of administration as well as handling customer queries. You will be liaising with a range of both internal and external customers. This role would suit candidates with administration and customer service experience who are immediately available for work and are looking to join a friendly, well established company where you can make a real difference.

Duties include:

  • Handling a range of customer queries, including some complaints
  • Processing travel expenses
  • Supporting a specialist team with allocation of work
  • Updating databases with changes or amends
  • Using the database to book appointments

Skills:

We are looking for candidates who have a good range of administration and customer service skills; you will have an excellent telephone manner and be competent using MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.

    Office based role, no face to face contact with patients/customers

    This positon is for a qualified nurse, with an active PIN, who wants to be part of a dynamic office environment.

    The role:

    • You’ll have an excellent and professional telephone manner to collect medical related information, such as their medical histories, over the telephone.
    • Your previous nursing skills will be used to assist customers and record information clearly and accurately whilst maintaining client confidentiality.
    • Having excellent time management and flexibility to ensure that work is completed in agreed timescales and undertake other tasks as required by Manager 

    Candidates are required to be/have: 

    • RGN Qualified (RN1 / RNA) 
    • Computer literate 
    • Good Team player 
    • Good knowledge of medications 
    • Ability to work on own initiative where appropriate 
    • Works well under pressure 

    You will be working 37.5 hours per week which includes some shift work between 9am and 9pm Mon-Fri and 1 in 4 Saturdays working 9am-4pm with a day off in lieu.
