Part-time Customer Service Adminstrator

£17,500 - £18,000

Salary £17,500-18,000 pro rata to part-time hours worked.

Do you enjoy providing first class customer service? Are you looking to use these skills working in a friendly and supportive office environment in Borehamwood? We are looking for two Customer Service Administrators to join an established team, being a point of contact for customers and clients and ensuring that service is delivered in a timely and professional manner. 

Working hours: part-time within 37.5 hours per week, working a mix of early and late shifts on a rota basis, 8am-16:30pm and 11:30am-8pm. 

The company offer an excellent benefits package include 23 days annual leave, increasing with service, death in service, healthcare cash plan, pension, cycle to work scheme and company sick pay. Unfortunately there is no parking on site, so this role would suit someone who lives local to Borehamwood and can take public transport, cycle or walk to work. 

Customer Service Administrator duties include:
- Dealing with enquiries over the phone, point of contact for clients and customers
- Booking of appointments with customers to support internal team
- Taking inbound calls and handling email enquiries
- Handling general administration for the department 
- Providing the highest level of customer service, working to Service Level Agreements

We are looking for candidates who enjoy speaking to customers over the telephone, as well as via email, experience working in a busy customer-orientated environment, and who has the ability to provide a high level of customer service at all times.

This will be a fully remote role, working on a part-time (circa 30 hours per week) basis.
