We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join an established team, working as part of a larger group. You will be first point of contact over the phone for customers and clients and ensuring that service is delivered in a timely and professional manner.

  • Contacting customers to book appointments
  • Updating systems and coordinating diaries
  • Liaising with third parties by telephone and email
  • Checking and amending information on in-house systems
  • Providing the highest level of customer service, working to Service Level Agreements

We are looking for candidates who enjoy speaking with customers over the telephone and via email, with some experience working in a busy customer-orientated environment, providing high levels of customer service at all times. You will also have high attention to detail and excellent IT skills.

    Office based role, no face to face contact with patients/customers

    This positon is for a qualified nurse, with an active PIN, who wants to be part of a dynamic office environment.

    The role:

    • You’ll have an excellent and professional telephone manner to collect medical related information, such as their medical histories, over the telephone.
    • Your previous nursing skills will be used to assist customers and record information clearly and accurately whilst maintaining client confidentiality.
    • Having excellent time management and flexibility to ensure that work is completed in agreed timescales and undertake other tasks as required by Manager 

    Candidates are required to be/have: 

    • RGN Qualified (RN1 / RNA) 
    • Computer literate 
    • Good Team player 
    • Good knowledge of medications 
    • Ability to work on own initiative where appropriate 
    • Works well under pressure 

    You will be working 37.5 hours per week which includes some shift work between 9am and 9pm Mon-Fri and 1 in 4 Saturdays working 9am-4pm with a day off in lieu.
