You will need to have some experience or knowledge of medical terminology, from within the workplace or studies. This is a busy and involved role which requires fast and accurate typing skills and the ability to focus on high volumes of paperwork. 

Duties will include: 

  • Printing documents and reviewing for missing or duplicate information
  • Organising documents into order

    • Assisting and supporting individuals with medical/health needs, including maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.

    • Using own initiative and creativity to engage those supported.
    • Complying with policies and procedures as set by the organisation and regulatory bodies including the Care Quality Commission & the local boroughs.
