Hourly pay rate: £11.00-13.00 per hour
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm, with 1 week in 4 working an early shift of 7.30am-4pm. You will work hybrid 3 days from the office and 2 days from home. For the initial 2-3 weeks it is likely you will based full-time from the office to ensure you have additional support from the manager.
Working for this well established global organisation, you will be based in their European Customer Services team on an ongoing temporary basis. The role is heavily email based, so you will need to have experience of answering complex customer queries by email and telephone. Since you will be working with customers across Europe, bilingual or multilingual candidates would have an advantage for this position, including German, French, Italian, Spanish or Polish.

Duties will include:

• Liaising between departments, third party suppliers and customers
