Client Relationship Manager

• 10+ years client account management within the technology and financial services sectors • Relationship building and stakeholder management, has built strong interpersonal skills to foster long-lasting client relationships • Analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis and report creation, ability to review trends and data • Bilingual - fluent in English and French, enabling seamless communication with international clients

• AAT Level 3 qualified and has completed 3 ACCA exams so far, looking to continue with their studies • Proficient in MS Office, competent user of Excel and experienced in using Xero • 2 years+ accounts experience, 3 years+ insurance industry experience • Strong analytical skills and high level of attention to detail, capable of analysing financial data and identifying trends

• Strong academic ability paired with recent client-facing work experience • Excellent IT skills and proficiency in using various software applications • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including co- ordinating client projects, writing tenders, and account management • Capable of working independently and as part of a team, with a real commercial awareness

• Relationship Building: Expertise in establishing and maintaining long-term client relationships, building trust, and understanding client needs. • Business Development: Proven ability to identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and win business. • Contract Management: Strong contract negotiation and management skills to ensure compliance and maximise revenue. • Sector Expertise: This includes experience of working within the healthcare industry, including market trends. • Operational Skills: Experience in operational processes, project management, and problem-solving. • Excellent communication skills, people management and client relationship building ability in order to win and maintain business
