About the Role

Are you a highly organised individual with a keen eye for detail looking for full-time work over the summer period? 

We are seeking a temporary Administrator to join a supportive team in Colindale for a busy 3-month period (July - September).

What you'll do:

  • Provide a range of general office support tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Assist with updating and maintaining documents.
  • Manage digital filing systems and efficiently scan documents.
  • Take on ad-hoc duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
  • Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • A positive and can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
