We are searching for a motivated and reliable administrator to join a well-established company. This role will involve providing support to a variety of departments and requires a candidate with strong multi-tasking abilities.

Your main responsibilities will include: 
  • Responding to emails and managing inboxes
  • Updating spreadsheets and checking of invoices 
  • Organising travel, liaising between teams
  • Tracking costs and budgets
  • Generating quotes and supplier agreements
  • Updating systems for the teams
  • Various administrative tasks to support two teams in the office
