About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and confident Receptionist/Administrator to be the welcoming face of this London based office, providing vital support across the team.

This varied role combines front-of-house duties, office coordination, light PA support, and basic IT management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Open and prepare the office each day, greet visitors, and manage meeting rooms.
  • Answer calls professionally and handle incoming/outgoing post and deliveries.
  • Order office supplies and manage general tidiness, including supervising the cleaner.
  • Coordinate couriers, taxis, and catering for meetings and Directors.
  • Support recruitment, staff events, internal communications, and calendar management.
  • Assist with office maintenance and coordinate desk moves with IT support.
  • Act as the first point of contact for IT issues and liaise with support providers.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Directors’ iPhones/iPads, apps, and backups.
About You
  • Must have excellent communication skills and be extremely well presented.
  • Friendly, proactive, and highly organised with a can-do attitude.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working independently.
  • Tech-savvy to be able to support the office with devices and IT equipment. 
  • Previous experience in a similar receptionist, administrative, or PA role is preferred.
