About the Role
- Full-time office based role
- London office location with close to Chelsea/Fulham
- Excellent scope to develop responsibilities in the future
This varied role combines front-of-house duties, office coordination, light PA support, and basic IT management.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and prepare the office each day, greet visitors, and manage meeting rooms.
- Answer calls professionally and handle incoming/outgoing post and deliveries.
- Order office supplies and manage general tidiness, including supervising the cleaner.
- Coordinate couriers, taxis, and catering for meetings and Directors.
- Support recruitment, staff events, internal communications, and calendar management.
- Assist with office maintenance and coordinate desk moves with IT support.
- Act as the first point of contact for IT issues and liaise with support providers.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Directors’ iPhones/iPads, apps, and backups.
- Must have excellent communication skills and be extremely well presented.
- Friendly, proactive, and highly organised with a can-do attitude.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working independently.
- Tech-savvy to be able to support the office with devices and IT equipment.
- Previous experience in a similar receptionist, administrative, or PA role is preferred.
