We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Project Implementation Manager to drive strategic initiatives forward. This pivotal role will involve planning, executing, and overseeing projects that align with our business objectives.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Planning, executing and supervising projects to meet strategic business objectives
• Fostering strong relationships with department heads, external partners, and senior management to facilitate collaborative project development
• Process optimisation and analysis of current operational processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, driving efficiency and effectiveness
• Project management, developing and executing comprehensive project plans, monitoring progress, and ensure timely delivery within budget
• Assigning project tasks to other team members across the office to ensure successful outcomes
• Effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, management, and cross-functional teams to keep them informed and engaged
• Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and enhance project delivery.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in project development and implementation roles
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly
• Relationship Building: Proven ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Problem-Solving: A keen eye for identifying and resolving issues proactively
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams across the business
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in project management tools and techniques
• Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business operations and strategic objectives
