About the Role

  • Hybrid working, 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home weekly, working hours are 9am-5pm Monday-Thursday, finishing at 4.30pm on Fridays
  • Full-time in the office for the first 3 months of training, full training offered

Are you looking to work in a busy administration role, with excellent opportunities to progress your career? You will work in a supportive team environment, processing documentation, dealing with customer and third parties queries via phone and email, using a variety of systems. Full training will be given, all you need is a positive attitude towards work, the ability to follow processes efficiently, strong written ability and excellent IT skills.

Duties include:
  • Processing and scanning documents, records and reports
  • Updating systems using an internal system
  • Requesting information from customers and third parties
  • Handling telephone and email queries
  • Using various computerised systems as well as completing paper documents
