Graphic & Web Designer

**HYBRID working 3 days a week in the office 2 days per week from home**

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing a cohesive creative vision that aligns with our brand identity across all platforms
• Designing and building user-friendly websites using platforms such as Shopify, ensuring optimal functionality and a seamless user experience
• Creating high-quality graphic assets for various digital and print applications, including website graphics, social media posts, and marketing materials
• Optimizing website content for search engines (SEO) to increase organic traffic and brand visibility
• Maintaining and analysing website traffic data to identify trends and make informed design decisions
• Collaborating closely with the Head of Brand to understand brand messaging and ensure consistency across all creative projects

To be successful, you'll need:

• Proven experience in graphic design and web design
• Expertise in Adobe Suite applications like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices
• Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms (a plus)
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A passion for design and a keen eye for detail
