About the Role

  • Hybrid role, working 3 days in the office and 2 from home, Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm

Do you have excellent project coordination skills? Are you looking to use your customer service skills in an office environment? You will be working in a friendly and supportive team, using organisational, administration and customer orientated skills in a busy team. You will be first point of contact over the phone, ensuring projects are coordinated and completed on time.

Duties include:
  • Communicating by telephone and email
  • Managing projects, working to deadlines
  • Co-ordination of internal teams to fulfil the workload
  • Updating various reports using MS Word and Excel, as well as using in-house systems
  • Providing the highest level of customer service
  • Building strong working relationships with internal and external teams
We are looking for candidates who enjoy speaking with people over the phone and via email, with some experience working in a busy customer-orientated environment. You will also have high attention to detail and excellent IT skills, including MS Office.
