About the Role

  • Hybrid role, working 3 days in the office and 2 from home, Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm

Are you looking for a role which combines client and internal team coordination, phone and email communication, as well as data skills? Are you looking to work in a well-established, commercial office environment where you can grow a career?

You will be working in a friendly and supportive client-facing environment, using organisational, administration and customer services aspects of the role, being first point of contact over the phone for customers, ensuring projects are completed on time. This is a busy and varied role, with excellent support and training in place.

Duties include:
  • Communicating with business customers by telephone and email
  • Liaising with customers and internal teams to ensure projects are co-ordinated to deadlines
  • Updating various reports using MS Word and Excel, as well as using in-house systems
  • Providing the highest level of customer service
  • Attending meetings when fully trained, supported by senior team members
We are looking for candidates who enjoy speaking with clients over the telephone and via email, with some experience working in a busy project-orientated environment. You will also have high attention to detail and excellent IT skills, especially using MS Word and Excel.
