About the Role

  • Hybrid role – 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely
  • Working 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm 5 days per week, Monday-Saturday, working twice a month on Saturdays with a day off during the week

Duties include:
  • Onboarding new customers and setting up accounts
  • Completing relevant regulatory customer checks, with knowledge of KYC 
  • Handling customer accounts and taking a variety of payments
  • Handling sensitive information such as bereavement services
  • Updating customer records
  • Discussing a variety of services and products with customers
  • Inputting and preparing daily transactions, transfers and payments into the system
If you already have a background in call centre or online customer services within banking or financial services and are looking to join an innovative organisation, this may be the next step in your career.

You will have:
  • Experience of onboarding new customers 
  • Working knowledge of KYC
  • An excellent telephone manner and strong written communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills & good numeracy skills
  • The ability to gain trust with customers and provide a solution
  • Excellent listening skills
