In this role you will combine your communication and coordination ability, liaising both internally and externally. You will have a natural eye for detail and enjoy using Excel to create reports. Duties include:
  • Main point of contact for clients via email and phone
  • Communicating with business customers by telephone and email
  • Liaising with customers and internal teams to ensure projects are co-ordinated to deadlines
  • Updating various reports using MS Word and Excel, as well as using in-house systems
  • Providing the highest level of customer service
  • Attending meetings when fully trained, supported by senior team members
We are looking for candidates who: 
  • Enjoy speaking with clients over the telephone and via email
  • Have some experience working in a busy project-orientated environment
  • Have high attention to detail
  • Have excellent IT skills, especially using MS Word and Excel.
