We recently recruited a Finance Manager into a newly created role for the company to bridge the gap between the finance team and the Director due to growth. This company always looks for candidates who have leadership qualities – whether they’re being hired for a management role or not.
The company were happy to take their time recruiting for this role since it was a new position and they were pleased that we understood this and that we will move at a pace that suits the situation.
