£40,000 plus bonus plus commission plus car allowance

A well-respected organisation in Colindale are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their existing team. This is a new opportunity will support the growth of the organisation by developing the business and increasing B2B sales. The company offer a full range of benefits including a combination of bonuses and commission, car allowance, pension scheme, along with a variety of other incentives.

You will:

  • Generate business sales leads by utilising contacts within the industry as well as by sourcing leads externally
  • Make sales visits to client premises to develop new and existing business, evaluating client service requirements
  • Set up regular client meetings/interfaces to ensure the smooth running of the contracts and identify any issues, areas requiring improvement and opportunities to provide additional incremental services
  • Develop marketing plans to increase brand awareness
  • Review and enhance the company’s website and develop and implement the company’s digital marketing offering
  • Liaise with MD to ensure any new work can be properly accommodated and collectively determining an appropriate timeline plan with other teams
  • Produce strategic plans to enhance sales performance, develop additional services, increase business and improve profitability

    Your key role is liaising with customers over the phone, following up on their recorded interest in the service. You will be given full training, with continual support by your team and managers.
