• 15 years’ experience within servicing, arrears and litigation • Residential, buy-to-let and commercial experience • Excellent communication skills, able to support personal and business customers • Keen to use and develop their knowledge within the specialist lending sector

• Over 4 years’ underwriting experience within a lender • Bridging and Buy-to-Let experience • Case management experience, underwriting up to £3.5m • Strong systems skills, including MS Office and bespoke software • Keen to find a progressive organisation which can offer a stable career along with personal development

• 5 years’ customer service experience within mortgages and medical sectors • Excellent IT skills, including recent data handling position using Excel daily • Ability to multi-task and coordinate multiple cases at any one time to critical deadlines • Stable work history, looking for long-term career progression in a coordination role

• Over 12 years’ office-based customer services experience • Strong systems skills, including MS Office and bespoke software • In depth case management experience, ability to handle customer service queries through from start to finish • Committed and loyal individual, with a passion for first-class customer services
